Wouldn't it be great to have more energy, wouldn't it be great to feel less stressed and to remain calm in all situations? What most people don't realise is that stress is an energy that we carry within us. When we meditate we can break down and release this stress energy allowing more positive energy to flow through us, creating a sense of peace and calm.
The evening is open to anyone who is interested in meditation and how it can help reduce stress, create calm in our lives and increase our energy levels. There are a few very gentle exercises and then the group sits and listens to a 30 minute meditation recording that is very relaxing.

By Train: Pinner Village Hall is a short walk from Pinner Station on the Metropolitan Line.
By Bus: We are a short walk from the bus stops that serve the 183, H11, H12 & H13 buses.
By Car: There is ample parking in the adjacent pay and display Chapel Lane Car Park.
